Our club for Years 1-6 is all about adventure, creativity, and making new friends! Each day, we offer exciting activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games, and themed activities. Whether your child loves to get creative, be active, or explore new things, there's something for everyone! Our awesome team will make sure your child has the best time, making new friends, learning new things, and having fun every single day. Open to St David's and non-St. David's pupils. Camp notes
â Please see below important information for your child's time at camp! â
⨠WHAT TO BRING â¨
⢠Packed Lunch (nut-free) â we are a âno-nut schoolâ so please check items you pack for your childâs lunch. If your child has any allergies that were not on your original registration form, then please inform me as soon as possible.
⢠Snacks - please pack extra snacks for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack break.
⢠A bottle of water with childâs name on
⢠Change of clothes (in case of wet activities, rain or toilet accidents). Children do not need to wear school uniform.
⢠Prescription Medication, Epi-Pens & Asthma Pumps: If you have highlighted that your child has an Epi-Pen or Inhaler, please ensure they bring at least 2x Epi-Pens / 2x Asthma pump inhalers. We will not be able to accept children onto camp without this. The school will not administer any medication or creams unless they are brought in by the parent and written/e-mail consent given.
â° ARRIVAL / COLLECTION â°
⢠Our core day hours 9.00am-5.00pm. Early drop-off from 8am and Late pick-up until 6pm is available for an additional charge of £5 per session.
⢠The school does not have a car park; free street parking is available.
⢠If you need to collect early, please e-mail ahead so we can make arrangements for your child to be in the right place with their belongings for collection. There is a map attached to this e-mail to help with directions.
đˇPAYMENT & BOOKING INFOđˇ
⢠Payment is made through the 'Classforkids' booking site. Please select the booking options you would like and proceed through to payment.
⢠Cancellations require at least 14-full days' notice in order to be refunded.
⢠Booking alterations require 7-full days' notice and are subject to availability. We are unable to credit or hold spaces to use for future camps.
